A Growing Outreach Initiative

The second Medical Mission and Legal Caravan, held on February 21, 2026, in Brgy. Daliao, Toril, Davao City, gathered volunteer lawyers and healthcare professionals to provide free legal consultations, medical check-ups, and basic health services.

Conducted in partnership with the Southern Philippines Medical Center, the outreach served as a one-stop venue for residents seeking both legal guidance and medical care.

For many beneficiaries, the activity provided their first opportunity to speak directly with a lawyer in Davao about their concerns—ranging from family matters and documentation to rights awareness and legal processes—while also receiving essential health services.

Building on a Successful Launch

This outreach builds on the success of the first caravan, conducted on January 31, 2026, in Cabantian, Davao City. The inaugural rollout mobilized around 30 volunteer lawyers, 6 doctors, and several medical teams and volunteers, serving hundreds of residents and setting the foundation for a continuing monthly program.

The strong turnout and community response reaffirmed the importance of making legal services in Davao more accessible, especially for underserved and vulnerable sectors who may not otherwise have the resources to seek professional assistance.
